Your DOPE card, in metres and clicks
Enter your load, your scope and the conditions; get the elevation and wind dial-ups for every distance, ready to print and tape to the stock. A rifle zeroed at the coast doesn't shoot the same on the Highveld — at Johannesburg's ≈1 750 m the air is roughly 15–20% thinner than at sea level, so set your altitude. Free, no account, and it runs entirely in your browser.

True your muzzle velocity from a real come-up
Fired at distance and needed a different dial-up than the table says? Enter the elevation that actually centred your group, and we'll solve for the muzzle velocity that explains it (BC held fixed). Use a supersonic distance, ideally 500 m or more, with a group of at least 3–5 shots.
These are model estimates (point-mass solver, standard G1/G7 drag tables). Spin drift, Coriolis, aerodynamic jump and incline aren't modelled. Always confirm your data on paper at the range before relying on it — on game or in a match.
